Who IS ARDARIUS SIMMONS
Our Programs
He is more than a former Division 1 basketball player, he is a Father, a Mentor, an Educator, and a Community Leader dedicated to using the game as a tool for growth. Born and raised in Chicago, Simmons built his foundation at Marshall High School, where he became a State Champion and later carried his talents to Chicago State University. His journey through basketball taught him the values that now fuel his life's mission..
Today, Simmons is bringing the game back to the community through Pressure Elite, creating opportunities for boys and girls to learn, develop, and grow both on and off the court. By providing access to spots, mentorship, and educational programs, he offers young people an avenue to build skills sets that extend far beyond basketball, confidence, leadership, and perseverance. Through his work, Simmons has become a beacon of hope and guidance for youth, showing them that pressure doesn't break us, it builds us.

Built on the belief that Pressure creates growth, we focus on wellness, education, and community development to provide the tools and support needed for long-term success.
Our foundation works to bridge gaps in access by offering programs and initiative center on:
- Youth Development- Mentorship, sports, and educational opportunities that build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills
- Health & Wellness- Promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being through workshops, fitness programs, and community resources.
- Building Confidence- We believe that resilience, discipline, and teamwork aren't just lessons for the gym or classroom- they are life skills.
